Data Deletion

InWorkflo is committed to your privacy rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023 and, where applicable, the GDPR. If you have used the "Facebook Login" or "Connect WhatsApp" features on InWorkflo, or if your data has been processed through our platform, you may request that we delete all data associated with your account.

Important: Data Controller vs Data Processor

If you are a customer or lead of a business that uses InWorkflo, please contact that business directly to request data deletion in the first instance. Under the NDPA 2023, the business is the Data Controller and InWorkflo acts as the Data Processor. InWorkflo can only delete lead data upon instruction from the business.

If you are an InWorkflo subscriber (a business using our platform), you may request deletion of your own account data directly from us.

How to Request Data Deletion

1. Email Us: Send an email to knjoku228@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.
2. Subject Line: Use "Data Deletion Request".
3. Required Information: Include your full name, the associated email address or client ID, and state that you wish to have your data deleted.

What We Delete

Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will permanently delete:

• Your account credentials and subscription data
• Lead records, conversation histories, and contact information
• AI-generated content (outreach drafts, enrichment data, qualification summaries)
• Analytics and usage data associated with your account

Deletion Timeline

We will process your request and permanently delete your data from our active databases and servers within 30 days of receipt. We will send you a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

How to Deauthorize in Facebook

1. Go to your Facebook Account Settings & Privacy.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Scroll to Permissions → Business Integrations.
4. Find "InWorkflo" and click Remove.
